We are here to help you have a fully staffed rota 24/7. During periods of leave or recruitment QualitCare can provide you with Healthcare Assistants who will keep your service running smoothly. We can assist you in short- or long-term shift covers, either pre-booked or on short notice. We have staff available to cover Day or Night shifts on any day of the week, including Bank Holidays.

All of our Healthcare Assistants are professional and fully-qualified, as well as caring, friendly and highly motived to deliver the best-quality service.

All our Healthcare Assistants have:

• a minimum of 2 references, one of which must be from their current or last previous employer.
• Evidence of relevant qualifications, full employment history and satisfactory information about their ability to work within a regulated activity.
• a “right to work” check, identity check and proof of address.
• a DBS at enhanced-level.
• any immigration documentation, if appropriate, where a work permit is in place.
• verification of reason for leaving previous employment.

These requirements are in place to make sure you receive the best-possible staff, who are all CQC compliant.
