SERVICE SPECIFIC TRAINING:
We understand the importance of training, and therefore we provide a variety of specialist training courses. These courses are available to all our staff, who can use them to provide specific services in their healthcare careers. We offer service specific, specialist training for doctors and nurses in both general and mental health. We also provide specialist training for allied health professionals and cleaners. Care assistants and home care support workers can also apply for specialist staff training to further their careers.
Each course is designed to meet the requirements of each profession, and is delivered to a high standard to reflect our high quality of service. Our specialist training covers complex conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cancer (CA) – palliative or end of life care, Motor Neuron Disease (MND), Heart Failure, Muscular Dystrophy (MD) and Huntington’s Disease (HD), Dementia, clients who require end of life care or intensive care in the community. Our specialist course also cover the use and knowledge of specialist equipment or secure mental health. With this training we can ensure that the quality of care given, be it at home or in a healthcare environment, is always of the highest standard.
